Occupational Therapist II

We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team. As a key member of the interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively to develop and implement plans of care that promote optimal health and engagement in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of individuals and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and person-centered care.
• Educate individuals and families on strategies to maintain and improve their physical and mental well-being.
Requirements
• Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program.
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
