Occupational Therapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team in Fort St. John. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients in a person and family-centered model of care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
