Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Systems Engineer to join our team at StrongPoint Automation Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing, developing, and implementing electrical and control systems for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Development: Design and develop electrical and control systems for industrial applications, including PLC hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain industrial networks, including ControlNet, DeviceNet, and EtherNet, as well as perform diagnostics on industrial equipment.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to on-site personnel on the use and maintenance of industrial automation systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: A College Diploma in Electrical Technology or University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in PLC and Fanuc robotics.
  • Skills: Extensive PLC troubleshooting skills, in-depth knowledge of Allen Bradley – Rockwell Software: RSLogix 5, 500, 5000 and RSView32, and strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
