Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Leader to join our team at Colliers International. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of sales professionals in the Saskatoon market.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue growth and market share.
- Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, commercial real estate experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
