About the Role

InfraReady is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales professional who can drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We're looking for a quick learner with strong negotiating skills who can inspire the same performance in others. This role reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend the company's global reach.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their needs and preferences.
  3. Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, setting objectives and monitoring their performance.
  4. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to address them.
  5. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding regular check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  6. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

  1. Communication: Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
  2. Organization and Planning: Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets efficiently, focusing on key priorities.
  3. Attention to detail: Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that important tasks are completed on time.

  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
