About the Role
Brock University is seeking a qualified Instructor to teach and conduct research in the field of Business and Organizational Behaviour. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to undergraduate students, as well as contributing to the development of our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Business and Organizational Behaviour, including quantitative research methods and organizational behaviour/human resources
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students
- Conduct research in the field of Business and Organizational Behaviour, with a focus on publishing in reputable academic journals
- Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and student advising
Qualifications
- PhD in Business or related discipline (senior doctoral candidates will be considered if no qualified applicants are available)
- Experience in teaching quantitative research methods and organizational behaviour/human resources
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Business and Organizational Behaviour
- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
