As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students by delivering engaging and impactful instruction in the field of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources. You will contribute to a dynamic learning environment that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and professional development.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars on quantitative research methods within the context of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources.
- Provide effective guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey, including individual consultations and feedback on assignments.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of curriculum materials.
- Adhere to university policies and procedures related to teaching, assessment, and academic integrity.
- A PhD in Business or a closely related discipline is required. Senior doctoral candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching quantitative research methods at the university level.
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources is highly desirable.
- A strong commitment to student success and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.
