We are seeking a Medical Oncology Specialist to join our team in Kelowna. The successful candidate will work primarily with a newly established Gynecological Oncology Surgery program, collaborating with specialized surgeons, oncologists, and allied health professionals. This role involves participating in the treatment and follow-up of patients, including curative and palliative treatment planning, as well as engaging in clinical trials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (FRCP, FRCS or CCFP)
  • Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer and Kelowna General Hospital
  • Eligibility for appointment to the University of British Columbia
  • In-patient and oncology experience is an asset but not required; BC Cancer will support your training
