Job Summary:
The Third Key Holder is responsible for assisting with visual merchandising, marketing directives, and store operations. This includes overseeing all aspects of store management, including opening and closing procedures, stockroom organization, and customer service. In the absence of team leaders, the Third Key Holder assumes full responsibility for store operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with visual merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive sales and engagement
  • Collaborate with management to ensure efficient store operations and maintain high standards of customer service
  • In the absence of team leaders, assume full responsibility for store management, including opening and closing procedures, stockroom organization, and customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Process purchases at the register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 1-year retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • High school diploma or equivalent an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong time management and priority-setting skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
