Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Manage a team of accountants, provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of financial activities.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, analyze financial data, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, set goals and objectives, and evaluate progress.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, proficiency in accounting software and systems.
