Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our well-established advisory team. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service, supporting Investment Advisors, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client inquiries, including telephone and email contacts
  • Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties, such as managing client accounts and preparing client reviews
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and mailings, such as seminars and newsletters
  • Coordinate meetings for Investment Advisors and distribute reports
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
