Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client contacts, including telephone and email interactions
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management
  • Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain client files
  • Coordinate meetings for Investment Advisors and distribute reports
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
