High-Paying Administrative Support Specialist

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic advisory team in Sherbrooke, Quebec. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and administrative support to Investment Advisors, ensuring seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and expeditious servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners.
- Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties related to client accounts and respond to client inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations, ensuring timely delivery.
- Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain up-to-date client files.
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery, as well as monitor pending transfers for timely completion.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that reflects professionalism, warmth, and friendliness.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will regularly serve clients and interact with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
