Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity;
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans;
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care;
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality improvement within the organization;
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation and Experience

A college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as nursing or healthcare administration, is required. Previous experience in a medical setting, particularly in patient care and support roles, is an asset.

Certifications and Licenses

BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification and CPR certification are mandatory. A criminal record check is also required.BenefitsWork Conditions and Physical Capabilities
