Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Worker to join our team at Four Seasons Farm Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop production, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed
  • Harvest crops and prepare them for market
  • Perform weeding and other tasks to maintain crop health
  • Assist with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Sort and pack fruits and vegetables for market
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of crops and tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work in all weather conditions and be physically fit.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
