We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at Four Seasons Farm Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop care and maintenance, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed
- Perform weeding and hoeing tasks to maintain crop health
- Harvest crops and prepare them for market
- Assist with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of crops and tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work in all weather conditions and have a strong attention to detail.
Requirements- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
