Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Farm Worker to join our team at Four Seasons Farm Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Farm Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop maintenance, harvesting, and farm operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers and other crop treatments as instructed
  • Perform tasks related to crop maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and harvesting
  • Assist with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Help with packing and preparing produce for market
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by farm management
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
Working Conditions:

The General Farm Worker will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, wet/damp conditions, and all weather conditions.
