Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Worker to join our team at Four Seasons Farm Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop maintenance, harvesting, and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and other crop treatments as instructed
  • Perform weeding and hoeing tasks to maintain crop health
  • Harvest crops and prepare them for market
  • Assist with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Help with packing and sorting fruits and vegetables
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the farm manager
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
