Job Title: Chargeback Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Chargeback Analyst to join our Supply Chain operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the logging, tracking, and reporting of customer Chargebacks, as well as reviewing and resolving retailer customer chargebacks. Key Responsibilities: * Pull Non Compliance data from customer portals, finance systems, and emails, and log the data on the tracker. * Cross-reference with SAP data to include the order details. * Assist with the investigation of chargebacks, identify invalid claims, and dispute them with our customers via portal or email. * Prepare and present weekly chargeback data for the Operations team on the Customer Focus Meetings, providing root causes and corrective actions to mitigate chargebacks. * Own and drive the resolution of chargeback issues with warehouse and internal teams through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate the associated change management activities. * Identify the need for training sessions with the warehouses and internal teams and work closely with the Retail Compliance Lead to ensure understanding of the requirements and compliance. * Analyze vendor agreements/guides to translate Trade Partner compliance programs to operational capabilities. Requirements: * 2-3 years of related operational or relevant experience. * SAP knowledge is desired. * Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (pivots, v-lookups) skills is desired.
