Conflict Resolution Specialist

A.S.P. Incorporated is seeking a Conflict Resolution Specialist to provide advanced-level security services at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the Passenger Terminal Building and surrounding areas to maintain a visible security presence.
  • Respond to calls for assistance and provide support to emergency response personnel.
  • Carry and use Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) equipment as required.
  • Complete reports and logs on incidents and security infractions.
  • Verify airport restricted area passes and assist Traffic Control personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the North American security industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Aviation security.
  • Graduate from a recognized community college in law enforcement, security administration, or a related field.
  • Physical training and attributes with hands-on experience with making or assisting arrests.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
