Project Director, Digital Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director, Digital Health to join our dynamic team at Spectrum Health Care Inc. in Toronto. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large and complex multi-stakeholder projects in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Direct daily project activities and coordinate the work of project team members
  • Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively identify and manage changes to project scope and develop contingency plans
  • Support leadership team in conducting stakeholder meetings and forums
  • Champion a co-design approach to ensure client and stakeholder voices are heard
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through project reports and presentations
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies is an asset
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, implement, and manage projects and initiatives in a healthcare setting
