Job Title: Service Desk Supervisor

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Service Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide coaching and training to analysts to enhance their technical and soft skills
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a technical support environment
  • Proven track record of improving service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • ITIL certification is an asset
