About the Role
IO Solutions Contact Center is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Charlottetown, PEI. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our frontline agents and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and networks
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
- College or CEGEP education in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as technical support or help desk assistance
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
