Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn Charlottetown. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer guest inquiries, and offer assistance with special needs.
  • Front Desk Operations: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
