Showcase is a dynamic and innovative retailer seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our Aberdeen Mall location. With 150 bricks-and-mortar stores across Canada and the USA, we offer a unique retail experience that showcases emerging trendy products from social media.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring the store runs smoothly and profitably, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will report directly to the District Manager and be accountable for achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
  • Create a positive and engaging store environment for customers and associates
  • Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales, including social media and community outreach programs
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandised to showcase our products effectively
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the District Manager to manage inventory
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 yearly
