Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Flooring For Less. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, driving sales growth and maximizing revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
