The Brick is seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our management team. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective store merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales promotions and marketing events
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure The Brick remains competitive and innovative
  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • 2 or more years of retail supervisory or management experience, with a strong understanding of store operations and merchandising
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
