Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Webredon Holdings Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff members, assigning duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial stability.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure and have attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, and organized.
