Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 1085921 BC LTD. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including authorizing payments, tracking sales, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
