Job Title: Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at ASL Distribution Services Limited.

Job Summary:

The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Maintain work records and logs to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of goods
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
