We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at SAHI EXPRESS LTD. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our logistics services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational activities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure and have strong attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
