We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at ASL Distribution Services Limited.
Job Summary:The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Perform routine clerical duties
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Maintain work records and logs
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- MS Office
- Electronic scheduler

- MS Word
- MS Windows
- Word processing software
- Database software
- Electronic mail
The Head Dispatcher will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
