Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at TAQWA PRODUCT INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, design team, and other store personnel.
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Store Operations
    • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Supervise and participate in sales activities to meet sales targets.
    • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week.
