Sales Performance Management Strategist

The Sales Performance Management Strategist at InnoVyne Technologies is responsible for driving strategic planning, client relationship management, team oversight, financial performance, and business development. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication, and adaptability.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, set long-term goals, and identify new business opportunities. Analyze market trends, assess industry competition, and make informed decisions to ensure the firm's success.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key clients and act as a trusted advisor. Understand clients' needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Oversight: Oversee consulting teams, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure teams have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, fostering professional development and employee engagement.
- Financial Performance: Responsible for the financial performance of the consulting firm. Develop and manage budgets, monitor project profitability, and make strategic financial decisions. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and ensure resource allocation meets the firm's target.
- Business Development: Participate in meetings to educate on service delivery and service offerings. Collaborate with marketing team in promoting the devised offerings to market and participate in presentations to further demonstrate the value add to our prospects.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a senior manager in the consulting industry.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate teams. Ability to inspire trust, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute long-term plans for the consulting firm. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients, collaborate with team members, and articulate the firm's vision. Excel in both written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of business principles and financial management. Ability to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive profitability.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change. Embrace new technologies, evolving market trends, and continuously acquire new skills to stay ahead.
