About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Data Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in enhancing our human resources data, processes, and systems in preparation for a future Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and understand our current HR data and reporting, identifying opportunities for enhancements, redundancies, risks, and potential waste within processes.
  2. Liaise with functional leads and departmental leaders to create tools, resources, and documentation of HR processes, providing guidance on efficient and practical business process redesign and system improvements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess integrated HR/compensation/staffing/finance/payroll functional processes, data workflows, system practices/functionality, and associated reference materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with a focus in business administration or HR.
  • CHRL or CHRP designation preferred.
  • Five to seven years of experience in functional HRIS system experience, data analytics, HR systems configuration, and implementation.
  • Experience working with Meditech and/or Virtuo Hr is an asset.
