Human Resources Business Partner for Manufacturing Excellence

O-I is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in driving manufacturing excellence. This strategic role will be accountable for delivering human resources support to our 24/7 manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with manufacturing teams to drive HR processes and initiatives that promote a result-oriented and performance-driven culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with plant manufacturing teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives;
- Developing and implementing talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning;
- Ensuring the execution of Manufacturing Organizational Effectiveness (MOE) and organizational health initiatives;
- Optimizing personnel performance and efficiency through data-driven insights and recommendations;
- Providing strategic HR counsel to manufacturing leadership and driving company-wide HR practices.
We offer a very competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, prescription, and vision care coverage, pre-tax accounts, well-being programs, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plans with employer contributions, and access to financial advisors for retirement planning and financial wellness.
