About the Job
As a member of our Cloud Platform team, you'll help customers transform and evolve their businesses using Google's global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure. You'll be part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business, shaping the future of businesses of all sizes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll sell cloud products and services, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- You'll execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contacting decision-makers, building rapport, and closing sales.
- You'll explain Google products and solutions, highlighting their value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes.
- You'll develop and lead outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products.
- You'll lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
- You'll achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- You'll reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used.
- You'll troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
Requirements
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree, College degree, or equivalent degree.
- You'll have 2-3 years of experience in consultative selling, managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customer/partners' needs, and focusing on customer goals, results, and satisfaction.
- You'll be fluent in French and English.
- You'll have knowledge of Google Products, including Google Cloud and Digital Media.
- You'll be outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales, with excellent phone etiquette.
- You'll have a strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- You'll have strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
- You'll have a proven track record of target overachievement, a strong sales attitude, and a desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.
- You'll have knowledge of Google Products and its competitive landscape.
- You'll have proven technical ability with CRMs (customer relationship management).
