Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients in the financial industry achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs)
  • Work with Agile methodology to create user stories and test plans
  • Facilitate workshops with business, vendor, and IT teams
  • Test and validate business requirements with QA testers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business and/or systems analysis, requirements planning, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile methodology and writing user stories
  • Previous experience with online banking and mobile app platforms and user portals
  • Experience creating BRDs and facilitating workshops
  • In-depth knowledge of customer-facing portals and digital channels
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Dynamics is an asset
  • Experience with application integration is an asset
  • Experience with core banking systems is an asset

This is a minimum 6-month contract with potential extension located in downtown Toronto (work from home until deemed safe). We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, and we are excited to welcome a skilled Business Systems Analyst to our team.
