About the Role:

Schindler Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and resolve conflict situations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of computer and technology trends, including networking software, networking security, internet, programming software, database software, programming languages, and operating systems.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Schindler Consulting offers a hybrid work environment with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the hours are 30 hours per week.
