About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that drive growth and innovation.

Job Description

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position offering a competitive salary and hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using programming languages, database software, and networking security best practices
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Evaluate physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize their impact
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess software products and information systems, ensuring they meet high standards
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide effective guidance to team members
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business systems analysis, software development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of computer and technology concepts, including networking software, internet protocols, and programming languages
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
