We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TANEJA REAL ESTATE GROUP LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and scheduling appointments.

You will also be responsible for answering telephone and electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and performing data entry.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will also be responsible for providing customer service, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will also be responsible for supporting social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, recruiting newcomers and/or refugees, and offering mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare minutes and schedule appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
