As a Healthcare Operations Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives, particularly those related to accreditation, risk management, clinical research, and program innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the ECO Director in the daily administration of the office, including scheduling, planning, communications, meeting management, and public speaking events;
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives, including but not limited to clinical trials, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance;
  • Providing administrative support to the ECO Director, including minute-taking and preparing reports;

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large health or health-adjacent organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail from design to delivery;
  • Proven experience in collaborating with committees or cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives;
  • An ability to work collaboratively, with a focus on effective communication, planning, and detailed organization and execution of complex tasks;
  • A minimum qualification of an undergraduate degree or focused college diploma in administrative studies or related professional field, with considerable additional organizational experience.
