Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Operate industrial equipment to remove debris and waste, and perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Perform routine safety checks to identify and address potential hazards
  • Supervise and assist other maintenance staff as needed
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality of work
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact with tenants and colleagues
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
