We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Green Bright Cleaning Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and wax floors, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
- Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, polishing machines, and other equipment as needed.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all areas are kept clean and free of debris.
- Security and Safety: Perform regular security checks and ensure that all areas are secure and safe.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
