Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Payment Product Development Lead to join our team at TD Securities. This role will be responsible for leading the development of payment products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payment product development, with a strong understanding of payment systems, regulations, and industry trends. They will be able to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of payment products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in payment product development, with a strong focus on leadership and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and industry trends is essential.
