About this Team
Our Trust and Safety team at Snapcommerce has a wide scope, spanning disputes, payment fraud, and Know Your Customer (KYC) initiatives. We report into Finance but operate as a cross-functional, mission-aligned team, partnering with leaders across the business to drive strategy and contribute to product development. Our goal is to increase the likelihood of positive, profitable transactions.

About this Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead a data-driven trust and safety program and cross-functional team for a company that's both an established card-not-present merchant and a fast-growing fintech. As the business owner of disputes, payment fraud, and KYC, you'll keep a pulse on the company's products and initiatives to identify evolving risks and refine our response. You'll manage a team of analysts, with potential for growth, and work closely with senior executives. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of trust and safety principles and solutions, is comfortable operating autonomously, and can interact with senior executives daily.
