We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness club team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of front desk staff, personal trainers, and other club employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase membership penetration, and improve overall club performance.
- Ensure the club meets high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain a profitable club operation.
- Communicate effectively with employees, members, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Passionate about the fitness industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Current CPR certification.
