General Manager

KTV Working Drone Vancouver is a pioneering company that is revolutionizing the window and facade cleaning industry with its innovative drone-based solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or general management, preferably within the facilities management industry. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities, managing sales budgets and forecasts, and overseeing the management of key accounts.
The General Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, monitoring key performance indicators, and staying informed of industry best practices and regulatory changes. They will be a dynamic and results-driven leader who can lead and manage the daily operations while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial and sales data.
- Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and gather feedback.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the latest techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
- Operational Management:
- Manage the operational budget, including labor, equipment, and supply costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve overall performance.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory changes, adapting operations as necessary.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a leadership position within facilities management.
