General Manager Job Description

KTV Working Drone Vancouver is a pioneering company that offers cutting-edge window and facade cleaning services. We are committed to revolutionizing the industry with a cost-effective, efficient, and safe approach.

Our mission is to promote safety and well-being for workers at heights, including lift operators, scaffolders, and facade climbers. We aim to improve their working conditions through innovative drone-based solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead and manage our daily operations while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or general management, preferably within the facilities management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial and sales data.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to achieve individual goals.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage the operational budget, including labor, equipment, and supply costs.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have post-secondary education in business or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a leadership position within facilities management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, are essential.
