KTV Working Drone Vancouver is a pioneering company revolutionizing window and facade cleaning services with innovative drone-based solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or general management, preferably within the facilities management industry. This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to build relationships, lead people, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial and sales data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to achieve individual goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Operational Management:
- Manage the operational budget, including labor, equipment, and supply costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have post-secondary education in business or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a leadership position within facilities management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, is a must-have.
